We ship to any location across India through partnered couriers/ India Post.Delivery charges will be as per actual and the same will be displayed during the time of purchase.To ensure safe and fast delivery of the products, we ship through reputed courier partners.Tracking details will be mailed to you, once your product is shipped.

If you feel that the packing is tampered before the delivery of the product, kindly reject the package and inform our customer care, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.All products will be shipped with the original invoice mentioning the price inclusive of taxes.

At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order. If your order is not shipped immediately, don’t worry! We will make sure to get your order to you within the timeline provided at checkout. The estimated delivery date will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email.

Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Please note that the shipping times below are estimated and apply only to deliveries made within the contiguous INDIA. Transit time may vary for orders shipping to all destinations .

We hope you love your new products, but if it’s not as desired, simply contact us within 14 working days of receipt (starting the day after you have received your delivery) for a no-quibble refund and we will organise a free collection at your earliest convenience.

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items .

In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

1. Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
2. Has missing parts or accessories
3. Is different from what was ordered
4. Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible)

Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. Refer to instructions to return items against each category. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category.
